Concert practice in flux: a discussion

Nieuw Geneco invites the movers & shakers of the new music scene for a solid conversation about the position of contemporary music on Dutch stages. Art music is a major force. Contemporary concert practice is constantly changing in relation to online experience, genre broadening/fading, new venues and formats. Moreover, the increasing pressure on finances and ticket sales plays no small part.

Are live performances still important? What are best practices for programming new music? Does it still manage to put on a decent tour? What inspiring examples of good curatorship are there?
