Anastasiia Tkachenko

An experienced cultural organizer and event manager from Ukraine, specializing in music management with over 15 years of expertise. Since beginning her career in music management in 2008, she has managed concerts for both international and local markets, organizing large-scale events with international artists. In 2015, she joined Ukr Artists, a well-established agency known for its professional organization of cultural and artistic events and for strategically advancing artists’ careers. For over a decade, Ukr Artists has supported both Ukrainian and international conductors, soloists, composers, and vocalists, fostering collaborations built on mutual trust.

In 2018, she accompanied the Ukrainian New Era Orchestra on their tour of Switzerland as a tour manager, handling logistical and promotional aspects. Her work in recent years has focused on classical music, managing embassy events and coordinating anniversary concerts celebrating Ukrainian composers. Since 2020, she has served as the manager of the chamber ensemble Lyatoshynsky Trio, overseeing the ensemble’s touring and concert logistics, contract negotiations, and relationship management with concert venues and promoters. Her role includes coordinating travel, accommodation, and scheduling to ensure the trio’s seamless performance experiences. She also handles public relations efforts, producing promotional materials and marketing strategies to broaden the ensemble’s reach within the classical music community.

In 2021, she managed the multimedia project “Reflections: Lines of Fate” with support from the Ukrainian Cultural Fund, receiving widespread acclaim. Amid the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, she coordinated a series of concerts for Lyatoshynsky Trio in Lithuania, Austria, and France, where the ensemble performed exclusively Ukrainian compositions, fostering cultural exchange and resilience through music. Her dedication to promoting Ukrainian musicians internationally has positioned her as a respected figure in cultural advocacy and artist management. Currently, she serves as a grant manager at the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Mykola Lysenko, supporting the theatre’s cultural projects through strategic funding initiatives.
