Bas Pauw is programmamanager bij Fonds Podiumkunsten. Het Fonds Podiumkunsten is het nationale fonds voor professionele muziek, (muziek)theater en dans in Nederland. Zij ondersteunt kunstenaars, ensembles en festivals in Nederland en promoot actief de Nederlandse podiumkunsten op het internationale toneel.
